Publication of 1st version of 3rd protocol
This report will summarise first contacts with the relevant key stakeholders in each country identified as a priority target. As well as stakeholders it will identify specific potential projects and programmes.
The communications plan will include publication of articles in national, regional or industry print and on-line journals in each of the five countries and this deliverable will be report(s) on this coverage.
This report will provide details on the third seminar which will provide an update on the progress of the project and will specifically focus on application of the protocols in a pilot building or programme.
Publication of 1st version of 4th protocol.
This report will provide details of the second seminar which will be focused on presenting the Protocols to existing and potential new stakeholders of the project.
Based on the European version of the Protocols, and considering national circumstances, in particular national legal specificities, expertise and training of the technicians involved, restrictions and/or common practices of financing entities, among others, the Protocols will be adapted and translated by each of the country specific leaders for use in their specific country. The translation will take into account local definitions, working practices and standards. Adaptation will also be guided by national steering groups and assistance from Verco. The translation will take into account local definitions imposed by national legislation, including for example in Portugal the ECO.AP program legislation. In the UK this task will ensure that the Protocols are in line with UK industry practices and standards. As the Protocols are to be drafted in English there will be no language translation required for the UK. The Deliverable is the publication of the Protocols.
Publication of 1st version of first protocol with input from Technical Panel
This report will provide details (content, audience etc) on the first seminar in each country (held soon after the start-up of the project): This initial seminar has the aim of of presenting the project, engaging stakeholders, and recruiting national steering groups and technical panel
Marketing collateral (print and online) with common content, format and style will be produced for each of the five countries
First version of 2nd protocol published.
