CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service, is itself a part of the INNOVATION programme, and has developed a range of services on the World Wide Web dedicated to providing information on the EU's activities in the field of innovation. These services will continue to be developed and extended as the Fifth Framework Programme comes on-stream, and will provide the most up-to-date information on the new Programme as well as the implementation of the First Action Plan for Innovation in Europe.
