Evaluation of export refund effectiveness for processed products
The European Commission, DG III, has published an invitation to tender concerning the evaluation of export refund effectiveness for processed products. The aim of the study is to undertake a thorough evaluation, in order to assess how effectively the export refund mechanisms respond to the stated objectives of the relevant Council basic regulations for processed products.
