Information and communication actions for the JRC
The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission is currently seeking services for planning and implementing communication actions relating to the activities of the JRC and its institutes. These will be carried out within the framework of the implementation strategy of its assignment involving support for Community policies. The services envisaged will cover the following: - Advice for innovating an information and communication strategy for a decentralised organisation, with a view to building an image of the JRC; - Development of actions and messages aimed at target groups of the JRC and development of contact within these groups (more specifically European decision-makers and opinion leaders); - Communication tools: evaluation, improvement, production and diffusion of equipment; - Managing events and giving them special prominence; - Design of communication training actions for JRC personnel, planning and support with the implementation.
