Implementation of information and communication actions for the JRC
The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) has published an advance notice of a forthcoming invitation to tender for the provision of services necessary for planning and implementation of communication actions relating to activities of the Joint Research Centre (JRC). The tasks to be carried out, within the framework of the implementation of the overall assignment of the JRC, would cover the following: - Advice on innovation in the information and communication strategy within the framework of a decentralized organization; - Design of training actions on communication for JRC personnel, particularly for staff management and planning, and support to implement training actions; - Development of actions and messages aimed at target groups of the JRC (institutional, scientific, general public) and development of contacts with these groups; - Management and organization of events; - Communication tools: Advisory assistance and preparation, production and diffusion of material for communication and training of personnel.
