Structure of Tax Systems
The European Commission, DG XXI, has published an invitation to tender relating to data collection and analysis of the structure of tax systems in Estonia, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Cyprus. The contract is to collect data on: - Tax revenues; - National accounts; - Other statistical material in relation to taxes. The contract is also to establish a database to analyse the structure of each of the country's tax systems. The database should cover: - Direct and indirect taxes and social charges; - Analysis of the tax structures; - Analysis of the results. The contract will be divided into six lots: - Lot 1: Estonia; - Lot 2: Poland - Lot 3: Hungary; - Lot 4: The Czech Republic; - Lot 5: Slovenia; - Lot 6: Cyprus. Tender providers must show evidence of educational and professional qualifications and a statement of their tools, plant or technical equipment available for providing the services.
