Bulgaria participates in programme for enterprises
Bulgaria is participating in the third multiannual programme for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) under the terms and conditions integral in a Decision No 4/98 (1999/111/EC) taken on 23 November 1998, according to the Official Journal. To cover the costs resulting from its participation in the programme, Bulgaria is to pay annually a contribution to the general budget of the European Communities. For every year, the aggregated amount of subsidies or other financial support received from the programme by Bulgarian beneficiaries will not exceed the contribution paid by Bulgaria after deduction of the supplementary administrative costs.
