The present call covers areas 1, 2 and 4 of the workprogramme: - Area 1: Development of coordinated research on prevention, care and health systems. Research areas and topics will be addressed, in general, via concerted action research and technology development projects (the Community will contribute up to 100% of the costs relating to the coordination of the RTD). In addition there will be topics which are to be undertaken as accompanying measures. Project proposals may be submitted to the Commission by interested legal research entities (research institutions, universities and enterprises) which are located in the Community or, under certain special conditions, in other countries.
