Assessment of national criteria used to limit emission levels
The European Commission, DG XI, has recently published an open invitation to tender for a study of the criteria for assessing 'national plans' for limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations. The study should aim to develop an analytical assessment methodology, supplemented with appropriate criteria for assessing 'national plans' according to Article 6 of Council Directive 1999/13/EC.
