A contract for the updating of the annotated compilation of Community law with respect to consumer protection has been opened to tender by the European Commission, DG XXIV.

DG XXIV wants the current text of the compilation to be updated, taking account of recent legislative developments and the latest decisions of the European Court of Justice. The updated compilation would be published in English, but the contract would also cover a twice-yearly updating of the two language versions of the compilation for the next three years.

Data with respect to the survey of Community texts should be presented in a written report and transcribed onto computer media.
