The European Commission's Directorate-General I is calling for tenders for a contract to review the national legislation of developing country World Trade Organisation (WTO) members implementing the trade-related aspects of intellectual property (TRIPs) agreement. The main aim of this work will be to establish if the legislation conforms to the obligations placed on these countries under the TRIPS agreement and to identify any shortcomings.
