Services needed to set up SME helpline
The SMEs and Innovation Unit of the European Commission, DG XII, has issued an invitation to tender for the provision of services and instruments required to set up an SME helpline. This comes under the specific programme adopted in the field of Promotion of Innovation and Encouragement of SME Participation. The contract would include the creation and maintenance of computing, multimedia, telecommunications and training services enabling a multilingual and international helpline to be established. Tenderers may submit a tender for the whole of the contract or for one of three lots. These include the provision of multimedia services, the setting up of technical means for a telephone SME helpline and the organisation of training programmes for national contact points.
