The Information Society Directorate-General requires a study on administration and frequency fees related to the licensing of networks involving the use of frequencies.

The contractor will be asked to:

- provide detailed information on the structure and the level of fees related to the licensing of network services involving the use of local frequencies, such as mobile service networks) GSM, DCS 1800, UMTS), wireless local loops and radio links;

- develop case studies which allow a comparative analysis of the results of different licensing practices and relevant fees for network services involving the use of frequencies.
