Corrigendum to Quality of life call for proposals affects submission rules
The European Commission has published a fourth corrigendum concerning the call for proposals for RTD actions under the specific programme for research, technological development and demonstration on 'Quality of life and management of living resources'. The corrigendum amends point 5 of the call, published in the Official Journal of the European Communities No C 64 of 6 March 1999, p.16 which concerns methods of submitting proposals to the European Commission. This constitutes a change with respect to previous calls where deadlines applied to submission. Deadlines now apply to receipt by the Commission. In addition, the Commission wants to alert proposers to the new provision governing eligibility criteria and evaluation of proposals submitted under the Quality of life and management of living resources programme as set out in the 'manual for proposal evaluation procedures'. 'These provisions are concerned in particular with the procedure for the evaluation of 'clusters',' says the Commission.
