The European Commission's Environment Directorate-General has announced a call for tender for a study on organised environmental crime. The aim of the study, which is to cover the 15 Member States of the EU, is to provide the Commission with factual and legal information on organised environmental crime and to assist in generating proposals for initiatives to counter this form of criminal activity.
