The European Commission has published a call for proposals for indirect actions under the programme to stimulate the development and use of European digital content on the global networks and to promote linguistic diversity in the information society.

This call asks for proposals under a fixed deadline scheme as well as under a continuous submission scheme.

Calls submitted under the fixed deadline relate to:

- improving access to and use of public sector information:
The establishment of European digital data collections.

- enhancing content production in a multilingual and multicultural environment:
Partnerships for multilingual and multicultural content.

- increasing dynamism in the digital content market:
Exchange of good practices
Management of rights for digital content
Dissemination of results.

Calls submitted under the continuous submission scheme relate to:

- improving access to and use of public sector information:
Cross-border information services based on public sector information
Establishment of European digital data collections

- enhancing content production in a multilingual and multicultural environment:
Partnerships for multilingual and multicultural content
