Call for tenders: research and studies on racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism
The Commission's European monitoring centre on racism and xenophobia (EUMC) has published a call for tenders in relation to the RAXEN 5 monitoring network. The call covers the establishment and management of national focal points (NFP) in the 15 EU Member States and the 10 new Member States, due to join in 2004. Their objective will be to collect, comment, review and submit data, and conduct research and studies on racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism.
