Call for tenders related to a study on e-learning policy indicators
The European Commission's Information Society DG has published a call for tenders to carry out a study on e-learning policy indicators. The objective of this study is to obtain estimates for the e-learning indicator: 'number of pupils per computer with Internet connection (broadband/non broadband)' [Definition: only computers used for teaching purposes to be included].
