Commission publishes IPR guide for FP6
The European Commission has published its guide to intellectual property rights (IPR) for projects under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6). The Commission states that it is intended to 'act as a guide to the various issues and pitfalls that participants [in FP6] may encounter. It also highlights aspects that should be considered before potential participants embark on a project or enter into consortium agreements.
