FP7 model grant agreements published
The European Commission has adopted the general model grant agreement, which will be used in the financing of research projects under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). The model grant agreement determines all the rights and obligations between the European Commission and the beneficiaries of FP7 grants carrying out research and technological activities. Now available online, the model contract is applicable to the indirect actions under the 'Cooperation' and 'Capacities' programmes of FP7. It consists of a core text and several annexes. There is also a list of special clauses to be introduced in the grant agreement where necessary. In addition, separate model grant agreements have been adopted for the 'People' (Marie Curie) and 'Ideas' (European Research Council) programmes, which are also available online.
