eParticipation call for proposal
The European Commission has published a call for proposals for the eParticipation Preparatory Action. eParticipation aims to harness the benefits of information and communications technologies (ICT) to improve legislative and decision-making processes, and to enhance public participation in such processes at all levels of government decision-making.
