The European Commission has published a call for proposals under the 'international cooperation' priority of the 'Capacities' section of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). The international cooperation calls during 2007 address: - bi-regional coordination of science and technology (S&T) cooperation including priority-setting and definition of S&T cooperation policies - bilateral coordination for the enhancement and development of S&T Partnerships - supporting the coordination of national policies and activities of Member States and Associated States on international S&T cooperation.
