Council Regulation (EEC) No 1360/90 establishing a European Training Foundation has been amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 2063/94 of 18 July 1994. Regulation (EC) No 1360/90 established a European Training Foundation to contribute to the development of vocational training systems for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (under the PHARE programme). This Regulation is now amended to include the independent states of the former Soviet Union and Mongolia (under the TACIS programme).
