Call for proposals: Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Research has launched a call for proposals for the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU). Topics called include the following areas: - Transportation & refuelling infrastructure; - Hydrogen production & distribution; - Stationary power generation and combined heat and power (CHP); - Early markets; - Cross-cutting issues. Total indicative EC funding for this first FCH JU call amounts to EUR 28.1 million. The FCH Joint Technology Initiative (JTI) aims to facilitate and accelerate the development and deployment of cost-competitive European hydrogen and fuel cell-based energy systems and component technologies for applications.
