The European Commission has issued a tender for framework service contracts to provide expertise and support for European cooperation in education and training. The overall objective of this call is for support services in the education and training policy activities of the Directorate-General for Education and Culture (EAC). The services will contribute to an effective and evidence-based development and implementation of the EU policy agenda in education and training, in particular the 'Strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training' (ET 2020), the education and training dimensions of the 'Europe 2020' strategy, and policy dialogue and action at the international level, by ensuring consultancy services and studies including expert and logistical support. This call is divided into four lots: - Lot No 1 - Consultancy services/internal part - This lot will provide expertise and logistical support for Commission services managing the development and implementation of the EU policy agenda in education and training, in particular ET 2020 and the education and training dimension of the Europe 2020 strategy. - Lot No 2 - Consultancy services/external part - This lot will undertake policy reviews and analysis of international trends in education and training and provide policy advice.
