European R&D partnerships: How to win EC contracts
Coventry University Enterprises Ltd has published "European R&D partnerships: How to win EC contracts", providing a step-by-step guide to the Community's Fourth Framework Programme for research and technological development (1994-1998). In addition to outlining the priorities, timescales and contact details for each of the specific programmes, the book will help any individual or organization to identify partners, from the 4,000 listed, and to follow a systematic approach to initiating and maintaining solid and workable partnerships for the express purpose of submitting proposals under the Fourth Framework Programme. National contacts and contacts within the European Commission responsible for administering the programmes are listed with their addresses, telephone and fax numbers. The publication will be provided free of charge to all delegates attending the international one-day conference on "European R&D partnerships: How to win EC contracts", to take place in Coventry on 23 February 1995 (see RTD-News RCN 3640).
