New Special: European IP Helpdesk Releases Information Package on Intellectual Property Licensing
Following a comprehensive Bulletin edition dealing with Intellectual Property Licensing in May 2019 (https://bit.ly/2VZ0jhn(se abrirá en una nueva ventana)) the European IP Helpdesk has now released an online "IP Special" on the same topic. The package contains a short animated clip, an infographic and a case study as a practical example. A short clip gives a general introduction to the context and different aspects of IP Licensing and is available on YouTube (https://youtu.be/Py-JrRPrB10(se abrirá en una nueva ventana)). It takes a variety of different ingredients to prepare a good licence agreement: The included infographic (https://bit.ly/2VNzFYu(se abrirá en una nueva ventana)) will provide you with an overview of the "key ingredients" to be considered. The third part of the special contains a practical point of view: A case study (https://bit.ly/2VN1DUn(se abrirá en una nueva ventana)) elaborates the example of the German clean-tech SME Orcan Energy which has successfully licensed out to China.
