The European Commission, DG XII, has published an updated information package in connection with the call for proposals for RTD projects under the Community's specific RTD programme in the field of cooperation with third countries and international organizations (INCO) (1994-1998) which was published in the Official Journal of the European Commission on 17 October 1995. The call for proposals relates to the following specific area of the INCO work programme: - Area A: scientific and technological cooperation in Europe and with international organizations and, specifically: . Cooperation with the countries of Central Europe and the new independent states of the former Soviet Union (NIS) (Area A2). The Information Package includes the following annexes: - Annex I: Call for proposals for RTD projects under the specific programme for research and technological development, including demonstration, in the field of cooperation with third countries and international organizations (1994-98) - 17 October 1995; - Annex II - Work Programme; - Annex III - Application form; - Annex IV - Contract negotiation form for RTD activities; - Annex V - Guidelines on costing principles for joint research projects. The publication of the revised information package does not alter the deadline for the receipt of proposals in response to the call.
