Protection and dissemination of results of EC-funded research
The European Commission, DG XIII, has published a leaflet outlining the principles and main contractual obligations relating to the protection and dissemination of the results of Community-sponsored research activities. The leaflet is intended to provide a brief introduction to the issues involved for contractors and potential contractors in Community research projects, especially those having no previous expert knowledge of their own in this field (SMEs, university research groups, etc.). Contact details of sources of further information within the Commission are also provided.
