The Science and Technology Options Assessment (STOA) unit of the European Parliament calls for expressions of interest from organizations or individuals who might be able to offer a Rapid Response System for the provision of information and advice on scientific and technical questions, permitting Members or Committees of the European Parliament to obtain such information or advice at very short notice (24 hours). In order to assist STOA in identifying those organizations which have, or could set up the infrastructure necessary for such a service, expressions of interest are invited. In the light of the response, a decision will be made on the advisability of proceeding to a restricted call for tenders. Expressions of interest should be made in writing to the address given.Mr. Robert RAMSAY Director-General for Research European Parliament Luxembourg, L-2929
