Scientific and technical assistance: Urban environment
The Commission of the European Communities plans to award one or more contracts relating to the activity of the Group of Experts on the Urban Environment set up by the Council of Ministers. This group will be assisted by one or more scientific secretariats capable of covering the whole range of subjects dealt with in the "Green Paper on the Urban Environment" (COM(90) 218 of 27.6.1990) including urban planning, housing, green areas and traffic, air quality, noise, energy policy, water and waste disposal.
