The Economic and Social Committee (ESC), meeting in Session during July 1991, adopted Opinions on several RTD-related matters, including: The proposal for a Council Decision on an Action Programme for the European Year of Safety, Hygiene and Health Protection at Work (1992) (COM(91) 204); the Green Paper on the Urban Environment (COM(90) 573); the proposal for a Council Decision concerning the conclusion of a Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Turkey in the field of medical and health research (COM(90) 573); the proposal for a Council Decision on the application of open network provision (ONP) to leased lines (COM(91) 30); the proposal for a Council Decision on the harmonization of international telephone access codes in the Community (COM(91) 165).
