The workshop "Telecommunications-based training for the 1990s", held in Madrid on 21-22 January 1991, was organized to present some of the interim results of research carried out within Action Line III of the 1988-1990 DELTA Exploratory Action. The proceedings of the workshop are now available, free of charge, from the DELTA Central Office.
