TIDE Congress and Exhibition 1993

The TIDE 1st Congress and Exhibition will be held at the Palais de Congress, Brussels, on 6-7 April 1993.

TIDE is the Community programme aimed at stimulating the creation of a Single Market in rehabilitation technology via cooperation in RTD projects plus standardization and harmonization of technological products and services. The focus of the programme is to find pragmatic technical solutions that enable and empower disabled and/or elderly people by reducing their handicaps.

The Congress is intended to gather people from inside and outside Europe to share the results of TIDE projects and to discuss critical issues and possibilities for the future of rehabilitation technology. Three parallel streams of sessions will take place during the two-day event, in conjunction with an exhibition.
