The One-Day International Industrial Workshop on "Experiences in the Usage of Agent Platforms and Design of Agent-based Applications" is going to take place in Barcelona, Spain, on 26 April 1999,just before the International Conference on Intelligence in Services and Networks (IS&N '99) on 27 and 28 April 1999.

Organized by CLIMATE (Cluster for Intelligent Mobile Agents for Telecommunications Environments) within the European Union ACTS (Advanced Communications Technologies and Services), the workshop will provide a comprehensive snapshot of the state-of-the-art in Agent standards, platforms and applications.
