EuroFIR Food Symposium 2016

The Symposium will bring together EuroFIR Members and stakeholders, including food compilers, diet and health researchers, SMEs, NGOs, policy-makers and the food industry. The Symposium will focus on the latest European regulatory action on food safety and labelling, aimed at ensuring a sustainable agri-food chain in Europe.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss issues arising from changes in European regulations with an emphasis on the provision of data.
Key speakers will include Dr Tim Gumbel (DG SANTE, European Commission), Prof. Judy Buttriss (British Nutrition Foundation, UK), and many others.
