ECHORD PLUS PLUS workshop at IROS2016

The workshop, entitled ‘Robotics for the Elderlies: involving science, end users, and public bodies’ aims to be a forum for the discussion of various approaches in the field of robotics for the elderly, involving all relevant stakeholders, ranging from scientists to end users and to public bodies.
The workshop also comprises a poster spotlight and poster session, to allow for the active participation of researchers, including students, in the field of assistive robotics, in order to broaden the information available on current worldwide research.
IROS2016 will bring together hundreds of relevant stakeholders to discuss innovative research in the field of intelligent robots and systems, integrating workshops and tutorials, plenaries, mini-plenaries, special sessions, exhibitions, robot demonstrations, an industrial forum and social activities for attendees and guests.
