International Zero Emission Bus Conference & Fuel Cell Bus Workshop

The two day conference supported by the Mayor of London’s Office, will be engaged in debate and discussion on a variety of questions on how zero emission bus technology can lead to cleaner and more sustainable urban environments. Issues that will be addressed include:
- The state of play of battery electric and fuel cell buses
- Policies and programmes that support these technologies
- Lessons learned from current zero emission bus deployments
- Brainstorming strategies to encourage adoption
The six-year CHIC project that began in 2010 is expected to take clean hydrogen bus technology to the brink of commercialisation, leading to significant environmental and economic benefits to Europe.
