NEREID 2nd General Workshop

All technology sectors will be involved at the 2nd General Workshop to allow for synergies among different topics and roadmap coordination.
Specific application requirements will also be included, based also on the progress of the roadmap and the evolution of technology. The workshop sessions over two days will build on the consolidated ITRS procedure with some time dedicated to bilateral meetings among specific domains. Plenary sessions will also take place to ensure coordination with specific application sectors.
The NEREID project’s aim is to elaborate a new roadmap for Nanoelectronics, focussed on the requirements of European semiconductor and applications industry, and the advanced concepts developed by Research centres in order to achieve an early identification of promising novel technologies, and cover the R&D needs all along the innovation chain.
