DELTA: Telematic-based training conference via Eutelsat

In the framework of the DELTA programme, (Community research and technological development in flexible and distance learning, a conference on telematic-based training is being organized for 26-27 October 1993. The conference will take place simultaneously in seven different European cities (the preliminary list includes: Montpellier, Brussels, Berlin, Madrid, Bern, London and Athens). Plenary sessions held at each location will be transmitted via the Eutelsat satellite.

Conference presentations will focus on RNIS, direct satellite transmission, cable transmissions, numeric television, and specific training communications networks.
