A European seminar on the Web user experience is being held in London, UK, on 3 April 2000, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on 7 April 2000.

Five leading user experience experts will begin the debate, which will be followed by a panel discussion.

Jakob Nielsen will talk on 'e-commerce usability: if the customer can't find it, the customer can't buy it'. Bruce Tognazzi will present 'functionality and productivity on the Web', followed by Brenda Laurel on 'experience-based web design'. 'The future of Web Interfaces' will be discussed by Ben Shneiderman, and Donald Norman will speak on 'information appliances and the non-Web Web'.
