ATMP-Workshop: Future in Medicine - Innovative Cell and Gene Therapies

On 3 December 2019, the ATMP workshop "Future in Medicine – Innovative Cell and Gene Therapies" will take place in Brussels at the premises of the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the European Union. The workshop is organised by the Horizon 2020 research project CARAT in collaboration with BIO.NRW.

During the workshop, advances in CAR-T cell development made within CARAT will be presented. Further, various aspects such as production, application and reimbursement options for this novel therapeutic approach will be examined. In addition to scientific lectures, a panel discussion on opportunities and threats of the broad application of CAR-T cell therapies from different viewpoints will be held.
