Freedom to Operate

This is a three-part webinar. The first part will provide participants with a general description of Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis, while the second part will elaborate on the role of FTO in Horizon 2020 projects and the European Commission position. The third and final part will offer a practical example of FTO in the day-to-day activities of a company with experience in helping SMEs solve issues connected to intellectual property rights.

European IPR Helpdesk will host an additional two webinars the same month: ‘IP in Biotechnology’ on 3 December, and ‘Maximising the Impact of Horizon 2020 Project Results’ on 9 December.
