How to navigate new waters... Plan and develop your career in the field of Energy-SSH

This workshop will focus on how early-stage researchers (ESRs) can best plan, develop and create career paths in the field of energy-related social sciences and humanities research. It is being organised as part of the Fifth Energy and Society Conference by the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Trento, Italy.

Part one of the workshop will run using the World Café method, with participants divided into groups that can engage across six discussion tables. Each group will present their results in the second part of the workshop, with a view to creating best development paths. The ultimate goal is to render a map of the most important assets and risks for ESRs.
