The 20th European Biomass Conference and Exhibit: Setting the Course for a Biobased Economy will take place from 18 to 22 June 2012 in Milan, Italy.

With the world population moving towards nine billion by 2050 and fossil resources dwindling, calls for a shift towards a new, post-petroleum society, have provided the opportunity for a switch to a more resource efficient society.

The conference will provide an opportunity for all stakeholders to discuss a full range of bio-energy options including resource assessment, conversion technologies, incentive and deployment schemes; and sustainability.
