THERMIE stand at HELECO '95

The Second International Exhibition and Conference on Environmental Technology for the Mediterranean Region, HELECO '95, will take place on 9-12 November 1995 in Athens.

HELECO '95 will present the latest international products, systems and technologies in the field of environmental protection for the delicately-balanced Mediterranean region. Exhibits on the following subjects will be presented:

- Air-pollution control;
- Solid and toxic waste management;
- Waste water management;
- Protection of coasts, sea, soil and natural resources;
- Noise control;
- Consultancy services, including the use of software packages;
- The effective application of protective measures and environmental monitoring.

In addition, a stand at the exhibition will be dedicated to the Commission's THERMIE programme for energy efficient technologies (DG XVII).
