Two conferences scheduled for 1996 have been postponed until 1997. These are:
- Glacial-interglacial sea level change in four dimensions - Blarney, Ireland: 5-10 March;
- Disease prevention - Castelvecchio Pascoli, Italy: 24-29 May.
