EUROCON 92: A forum for European electrical and information technologies

"EUROCON 92", the IEEE conference and exhibition on electrotechnology, electronics and information technologies, will take place in Zurich, Switzerland on 18-21 May 1992. Supported by the Commission of the European Communities, EUROCON provides a forum for key professionals in research, engineering, manufacturing and marketing to meet each other and to become acquainted with recent important developments, forthcoming technologies and the challenges faced by Europe in a worldwide market. It also enables extra-European participants to gain a first-hand view of European electrical and information technologies and to meet key technical and business people. The conference comprises presentations on the present situation and future developments (including discussion of the most important EC and industry sponsored RTD programmes and their impact), two-day workshops (computer aided engineering, computer and telecommunication networks, marketing in a changing world, social and environmental issues interacting with technology and industrial practice, continuing engineering education, power generation and distribution in a world of growing environmental concern), and also features an exhibition where leading companies and universities describe their fields of activity.For full information, contact:
