Innovation in the food sector
Presentations, from experts with wide experience of innovation in the food industry, will cover the following main topics:
- Innovation in the European food products industry;
- Determinants of food industry innovation (including the results of the AIR project "Structural changes in the European food industries", completed in December 1996);
- Case study on the project undertaken by the Dutch foundation ACC, Agri Chain Competence, on successful innovation in the fish industry;
- A world survey of food innovation in 1998.
