Domino delivers in Italy

The final workshop of DOMINO, a research and training project dealing with the role of information technology in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), will take place in the AREA Science Park Trieste, Italy on 22 June.

Two sessions will be held. The first will deal with decision support systems (DSS) in SMEs, the second with their use of call centres. Both will take in case studies to illustrate the applications of DSS and call centres.
